This picture was taken of an approaching thunderstorm. It looked like a cottonsky! The clouds are cumulonimbus mammatus which often accompany violent thunderstorms.

Turbulent skies over Montreal! This strange formation is apparently caused by wind shear.

A pulse storm developed south of Singleton and gave off some very nice cloud-to-ground lightning! Very powerful bolts.
