I saw this and knew this was one of very few Jellyfish Clouds. This is a rare phenomenon. Taken at Pensville,NJ 10/29/16 Around 8:10 am.

Virga? Not all that rare. Just a great example of simultaneous heat and mass transfer in cross flow conditions. Virga short circuits the insulative property of atmosphere.
