Hi and thank you for allowing us to submit our pictures to you to publish for the public to view. This is my first submission and will not be my last one.  My name is Sitaara Stevenson, age 35, mother of two and a Medically Retired Army Veteran.   This picture was taken today at 55th and Cicero in Chicago, IL directly across from Midway Airport at about 11am. This picture is unique because it just snowed and already the clouds have parted and the Sun is shining brightly on our lovely city have a great day.  Thanks for being amazing!
